This notice explains the limited personal data the ConsentEra marketing website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only — not the ConsentEra product our customers run.

Last updated: 29 July 2026 This website only

We have tried to write this in plain language. It is an honest description of how we run this site — it is not legal advice, and it does not describe the consent and data-protection platform that ConsentEra provides to its customers. Where this notice refers to "we", "us" or "ConsentEra", it means Trustify Platforms, with its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana.

What this notice covers

This notice applies to the public ConsentEra marketing website. The site is deliberately light on data collection: we do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, and we do not build profiles of visitors. There are only two ways your information reaches us.

  • When you submit the contact form.
  • When your browser requests a page and our infrastructure writes a basic access log.

What we collect

Contact-form submissions. When you fill in the form, we receive what you choose to send us — your first and last name, work email and company, optionally your phone number, company size and what brings you here, and your message. The form is handled by a third-party form service that validates the submission and emails it to our team; we do not store form data in a database of our own. We ask you not to include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

Request logs. Like almost every website, our hosting and edge infrastructure records basic technical details when a page is requested — for example your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs help us keep the site available and secure. We do not combine them with your contact-form submission to build a profile of you.

Nothing from cookies. This site sets no cookies at all, carries no advertising pixel and does no cross-site tracking. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, does load a cookieless page-view counter on every page — it records the page requested, the referring page, and your browser type and approximate location, and it stores nothing on your device. Nothing else is kept on your device either — no local storage, no session storage. Our cookie notice covers this in full.

Why we collect it

We keep our purposes narrow and tied to running the site and replying to you.

  • To read and respond to the enquiries you send through the contact form.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, and to defend against abuse.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, and to act on requests you make about your data.

We do not use contact-form submissions to send marketing you did not ask for. If we ever want to add you to a mailing list, we will ask first.

Who handles it

We rely on two service providers to run the site: Cloudflare, which hosts it, serves it from its edge network and provides the cookieless page-view count, and Web3Forms, which validates your contact-form submission and delivers it to us by email. Both process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people and our services.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which we delete or anonymise it. Request logs are retained for 30 days for security and operations, then rotated out. We hold nothing else about visitors, because there is nothing else to hold.

Your rights

India's data-protection framework gives you rights over your personal data. For the limited data this website handles, you can ask us to:

  • Access a summary of what we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Erase data we no longer need to keep.
  • Raise a grievance if you are unhappy with how we have responded.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address you used, with enough detail for us to find your data. We may need to verify who you are before we act. We will acknowledge your request within three working days and respond substantively within thirty days, and will explain if we cannot do something you have asked.

How we protect it

We use industry-standard measures to protect the site and the limited data it handles — encrypted transport for traffic in and out of the site, access controls for our team, and reputable providers for hosting and form delivery. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the surface small and the data minimal.

Changes to this notice

As the site evolves, this notice may change. When it does, we will update the date at the top of the page. If we ever introduce a new way of collecting data — for example analytics or a mailing list — we will describe it here before it goes live.
